My Favorite Hobby!

Alaina's favorite thing to do right now is color! Everywhere I go I find crayons...in the bathroom, in the laundry room, in the car and even in the potty! Mommy especially likes Alaina's new hobby, because then Mommy can do her favorite hobby - clean the house!!

We started off the weekend babysitting Eric on Friday night! He is a wonderful baby, but Alaina was not too sure about losing the attention to her cousin!! After three time-outs and some talking to, she was able to accept him...But, after the night was over... I decided I'm very happy with just one kiddo right now!

Alaina insisted, she needed a ride in the pink Cadillac also!... Wayyy to big for the pink Cadillac as you can see!

TC 10 Mile!!

I got suckered into another run... Yes, one of my lovely friends talked my into doing another long run! But, every time I do it, I love it more and more! This was by far one of the best courses we've done. The Twin Cities 10 mile is a lottery, so we signed up as a group and we we're very lucky to get in! Go Team Angerman! The team was Jessi, Tara, Jessi's sister Steph, her fiance Randy and myself! This was my favorite run for two reasons, it was absolutely beautiful and I had my best time! Randy finished first @ 1 hr 26 min, Tara & I second @ 1 hr 33 min and Jessi & Steph finished @ 1 hr 42 minutes!

Now I am done!.....You hear that Jessi and Erin! No more of this non-sense!... Actually I've decided since you have each talked me into one, I owe you one... ! So that is a surprise I'll save for you guys for Christmas, I'll let you know what you're doing with me next year! ; ) Love ya!

Lazy!

My lack of blog updates is because of...fall?! All I want to do is eat and sleep! We are lazy and haven't done much the past two weekends! So, a few pics of doing what we love to do lately, eat and sleep!

Happy Grandparents Day!!

Alaina wanted to wish her grandparents a very special grandparents day by bringing them DQ! We missed Grandma & Grandpa Mac, but Grandpa Wiech really enjoyed his pineapple malt! Happy Grandparents Day to G'ma & G'pa Mac, G'ma & G'pa Wiech and great G'ma & G'pa Mac! We are missing great grandma Helen, great grandpa & grandma Wiech this year! : (.... We love and miss you very much!!

Labor Day Weekend!

We decided to finish off our summer with one last trip to G'ma & G'pa Mac's cabin! The weather was not too warm, so we started off the weekend with a picnic lunch, roasting hot dogs and smore's over the campfire! Saturday afternoon we took a trip to the Three Bear Water park in the Holiday Inn. Alaina loved every minute of it and I think the adults had a great time as well! The rest of the weekend was spent relaxing, playing with Alaina, eating great food, playing cards and listening to Alaina talk!! Brian and I are amazed at how she is speaking all of the sudden! She is pretty much saying anything and everything she hears! It's a good thing her mommy and daddy never swear! * )
