Lainey the Leprechaun Turns ONE!

Even though it's a one year olds birthday party, we could not celebrate a McNamara born on St. Patrick's Day without corned beef & cabbage and green beer!! We had a St.Patrick's day theme with a splash of pink. I was in charge of invites, the cake, decorating, cleaning and shopping for presents... Brian was in charge of the beer and the corned beef & cabbage, which turned out delicious! A few of our friends had never tried it and they thought it was very tasty... So, that means Brian is now in charge of corned beef and cabbage every year! Alaina slept for the first 45 minutes of her party, so when she woke up she had quite the surprise! Mom had to open all the gifts because Alaina was too busy walking around showing off her shamrock dress and green shoes. But, she got some very cute outfits and lots of fun toys for summer! She has been busy mowing ever since the party... I told her to get lots of practice since daddy works a lot in the summer! The party turned out great, we are so thankful for such great family and friends! Thank you to everyone for coming to the party and for the great gifts!

Really? I get macaroni & cheese and turkey dogs and you guys get that delicious beef stuff?

How come I've never had a birthday party?

Party No.1!

Birthday party number one was at Grandma Lynne's last Wednesday. We had fun blowing bubbles, eating corned beef and cabbage, eating delicious cupcakes and opening fun presents! Thanks for all the great presents Auntie Sarah, Uncle Mike, Gramps & Grams!

First Trip to the Capitol!

Grandpa Denny had Lynne bring Alaina up to the Capitol last Wednesday for her Birthday! I guess she loved it and they all loved her! Maybe we'll have to make it a tradition?

Alaina's been busy mowing the lawn since her birthday party on Saturday! Thanks Auntie Jeanne for the mower, maybe you can come over soon and help me do some more mowing! I'm getting really good at it!

I Finally Have A Cousin!!

Uncle Jon stopped by to tell Alaina the big news!! She will have a baby BOY cousin! We are sooo excited!! Congratulations Uncle Jon & Auntie Amber!! We can't wait to meet him in August!

Spring is Just Around the Corner!

This week started out with the usual March attire, boots, hat, mittens and jacket and ended with a beautiful 60 degree Sunday! We took full advantage of the beautiful weather and took a trip to the park!
